NTT DATA is currently hiring for the role of a Business Operations Leader to solve problems, develop and implement processes, identify and oversee process improvement initiatives, optimize current cross-tower processes, improve profitability and service delivery quality, and maintain supporting process documents. To ensure success as a Business Operations Specialist Advisor, you should have extensive experience in Business Operations, high-level analytical skills, and project management skills.22-01869Business Operations Leader Responsibilities:
- Meeting with ISLs and other core staff to assess existing processes and relevant gaps
- Drive projects to reduce costs, improve profitability, and improve service delivery quality
- Drive standardization initiatives (i.e. macro usage).
- Conduct in-depth analyses, including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projects and identify trends and areas for improvements
- Develop analytics at the market & site level and automate where possible
- Develop presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on project or program progress, results and assistance needed from them
- Quantify impact of projects on financials, productivity, customer experience and compliance
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key customer points of contact.
- Mentor team members on best practices and process improvement opportunities
- 8+ years experience in process optimization, operations, or business management.
- 8+ years working experience in information technology field
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of process design, data flow diagrams, and business systems analysis
- A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures.
