Oracle ARCS with PCMS Cloud (Core finance functional)Duration: This will be a long term assignment.Location: Houston- Texas - (Local required) or who can move to Houston-Texas (only)- Day 1 onsite preferred.Rate: DOE (no expenses paid )Interview Process: 2-3 Video roundsContract/Full Time: ContractLooking for a local candidate or someone interested moving to Houston only. I am sharing the Job description below. It would be more preferred if the candidate has core finance functional experience with MBA/CA/CFA Finance degree.
Background for this position: MBA/CA/CFA Finance ( Do not send profiles with Engineering background) – (Do not submit profiles with FDMEE or ODI or Admin these profiles won’t work)Planning PBCS and Consolidation like FCCS which Pro ARCS and min 6 years of Hyperion.- 8+ years of experience with Oracle ARCS were implementing full end-to-end complex allocation process.
- Strong business knowledge on Chart of Accounts, Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Product, Vendor, Account, Employee, etc
- Experience in Cloud EPM Product Implementations (Account Reconciliations, Profitability and Cost Mgt, Planning, and EDM) with strong Application Development knowledge.
- Full end-to-end implementation experience is required
- Good communication and management Skills
- Expertise in gathering and analyzing requirements, Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions.
- Creating and providing solutions to existing architecture Design.
- Experience implementing ARCS from designing, creating Solutions, configuration, & data integration.
- Configuration of various attributes in ARCS: Segment, Process, Risk Rating, Frequency, Account Type, Aging Profiles.
- Experience in working on Account Reconciliations Formats and Profiles, Set up Transaction Matching
- Experience in Managing reconciliations in Reconciliation Compliance, Security, Managing data loads, Load Reconciliation Compliance transactions
- Import Bank (BAI) or SWIFT MT940 file format into Transaction Matching
- Sound Knowledge on Transaction matching, batch scripting.
- Generate Reports in Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Capability to deliver high quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time.
- Demonstration of strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
