- Minimum 9+ years business analysis experience with Oracle E-Business Suite ( R12.2.6) & Above
- Should have Functional and Technical expertise in EBS R12 HRMS Core HR, SSHR, Absence management & Incentive Compensation , benefits (Functional 70% & Technical 30%)
- Expertise in Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Discoverer reports, EIS Reports, AOL Setup configuration, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, AME setup creation, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Interface design (Conversion/Migration) – not mandate good to have
- Be involved in all aspects of the development life cycle , including architecture, development, testing, training, implementation and support of reporting applications.
- Responsible for translating business requirements into effective and efficient solutions for diverse and complex business problems.
- Design, configure, unit and system testing, documentation, assist in training and implementation of projects, programs, workflows, etc.
- Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer Support
- Work closely with Oracle support and raise service request as and when required for business-critical issues.
