NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Oracle HCM Support consultant for one of our clients. Details: Oracle HCM App Support Duration: 6-12 months Location: Remote project (TX Based candidates would be preferred) Oracle HCM SME
- Experience supporting the following Oracle modules Recruitment and onboarding (these two are critical), Core HR and Talent (nice to have)
- Ability to be part of the project team also and learn new HCM modules such as Learns, benefits, compensation
- Experience with making configuration changes in the modules above and following a change management process
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
