REMOTE contract opportunity for an

Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Lead - Payroll Functional on a Federal project based in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will lead a team of functional resources to design and configure Oracle HCM Cloud and integrate functionalities such as payroll, benefits, and absence management. Bring your Oracle HCM experience to this important program that is responsible for the Financial Management of a branch of the DoD. DoD experience is a plus!

Per our Federal Government contract, candidates must be

U.S. Citizens, eligible to pass the client's background requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Business Process Management
  • 5+ years of experience leading a team
  • Preferred skills and experience:
    • Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management, Payroll and Benefits modules
    • SOA integration
    • Oracle HCM Cloud data conversion (HDLs, Spreadsheet Loaders)
    • Fast Formulas
    • HCM Cloud Functional Designer or Functional Architect
