Oracle OTC Business Analyst (Hybrid job- 3 days onsite, 2 days Remote per week)

Title: Oracle OTC Business Analyst Location: Dallas TX (downtown) Client: Pharma company Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 Remote) Duration: 6 Months M-F, 8-5, 40hrs/week JOB OVERVIEW The O2C Business Analyst will serve as dedicated resource supporting the Oracle Cloud specific to Order to Cash business processes. In this role you will lead, coordinate, and support the local market Customer Service Manager and Operations team during implementation phase of Oracle ERP System integration. Breakdown of Responsibilities: 1. Team Collaboration is the bulk of the work 2. Work with Sales team for transformation and monitoring of KPI. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITITES As O2C SME act as first line of floor support for systems and business processes. Always ensure customer service team coverage by assessing workload and prioritization to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with Business, IT, and Finance partners in creation and maintenance of ERP Customers and Pricelist data updates. When relevant understand and root cause any interface requirements or corrections. Lead continuous improvement on processes and tools while ensuring team training on new and current processes Support and back up for Customer Service Manager as necessary. Attend meetings that CSM may not be able to attend or provide reporting to Ops Leadership when necessary Customer Management: When relevant is responsible to provide high quality of service to key customers, while leading them to adopt as much as possible new standard ways of ordering Galderma products. Understands and maintains master data regarding customer: direct contacts, point of delivery, lead times, booking times, delivery windows, and web portals Order Management: Fulfills customer needs with attention to details and accuracy on every order, ensuring compliance with pricing and contracts, sales policy, billing/credit procedures and delivery expectations Deduction Management: Actions and analyzes deductions at required levels of granularity including ageing of requests and open items; analyzes and confirms that credits and deductions related to customer contract are validated against contract terms Order to Cash- Oracle Operations and Supply Chain experience CPG- Supply Chain Customer Service would be great. 4-6 years in Supply chain is ideal. Minimum of 2 years will be considered. Manufacturing and Supply Chain and CPG experience is ideal Should be Solution oriented. Understand supply chain customer service in a manufacturing environment.
