Job Summary

San Antonio Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and efficiency. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service and timely delivery.

Duties

Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.

Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.

Label and prepare packages for shipping, ensuring all documentation is accurate.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or equipment to management promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Good physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.

Excellent communication, computer skills and a team-oriented attitude are essential for success in this role.
