• 10+ years of Hands on experience in OTM cloud versions of on premise and/or cloud
• Sound knowledge of OTM functional modules - Order Management, Shipment management, Contract Rate Management, Business Process Automation, configuration and Administration, Operational Planning, Financials and Transportation Intelligence
• Solution design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Test business flows
• Sound knowledge on components such Automation agents, manager layouts, screen sets etc., and configuration of the same
• Basic technical knowledge of sql to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues
• Solution fix and testing
• Experience with integration mapping between OTM and other systems required
