Outbound Load Planner / Dispatcher

Freight Pro Transport is hiring an outbound load planner/ dispatcher. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 6:30am-2:30pm with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities include:

-Load planning (45-50 trucks)

-Coordinate all outbound dedicated shipments

-Communication with drivers

-Excellent customer service

-Answering all customers

-Answering the company cell phone when required

Requirements include:

-2 plus years with load planning experience

-Experience with all Microsoft office (email, word, excel)

-Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Able to work in a group environment

-Scheduling deliveries with certain customers
