Paralegal II

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal II based in Dallas, Texas. The role will involve a range of legal and administrative tasks within a hybrid workplace setting. As a Paralegal II, you will be expected to maintain accurate records, process applications and address inquiries, and monitor accounts in a professional and efficient manner. NASHVILLE or DC candidates preferred.Responsibilities: Processing applications from customers in a timely and accurate manner Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and concerns effectively Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required Utilizing basic office skills to carry out administrative tasks Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and reports Conducting legal research and analysis to support legal proceedings Collaborating with the legal team to ensure all legal procedures are followed Coordinating with external entities as required for legal matters Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations relevant to the industry.Requirements Must possess a Bachelor's degree in law or related field Proven experience as a Paralegal or similar role, preferably within a corporate setting Proficiency in basic office skills including the use of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of legal terminology, regulations, and court system Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience in drafting legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and pleadings Strong research and report-writing skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity Familiarity with legal databases and case management software.
