BiWeekly Payroll - Paychex Flex

Bank Reconcilations - All companies

Texas Sales Tax - Prepare, File & Pay

Monthly P & L's // Other Timely Monthly Reports

Quarterly - Review All Companies - QB's

Review A/R Balances in Cleaner Software

Work with our CPA at year-end / tax time
