Part-Time Warehouse Maintenance Worker / Technician

We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Worker / Technician to help care for our warehouse facility. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in keeping a building safe, functional, and well-maintained. Hours will vary depending on project needs, ranging from 5 to 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (carpentry, painting, etc.)

Assist with warehouse upkeep, including common areas and grounds

Inspect the facility regularly and address issues promptly

Maintain tools and equipment in working condition

Support small projects and facility improvements as needed

Take care of janitorial duties, such as sweeping, trash removal, and weekly deep cleaning of the restroom.

Requirements:

Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time role: 5–30 hours per week, flexible scheduling
