We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsThe PBX operator is primarily responsible for operating the hospital switchboard, in order to direct calls to appropriate areas. The PBX operator uses overhead pager and beeper system when necessary. The PBX operator monitors various alarm panels and security cameras, and responds as necessary. When callers need directions and general information, this information is provided. Various administrative and daily Business Office functions are among the duties and responsibilities of this position.What qualifications you will need:

One (1) year of customer service experience required

Previous PBX experience needed
