The Healthcare Recruiter will established recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.Day-To-Day Activities:
Sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Paylocity, etc.)
Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings
Performing reference checks as needed
Acting as liaison between hiring manager and the candidate
Scheduling interviews and keeping track of hiring manager schedules
Writing and delivering offer letters and negotiating employment terms
RequirementsRequirementsThe Medical Recruiter MUST have experience recruiting in the healthcare profession.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing methods
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS's
Proficient with Excel as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of employment/staffing laws and regulations
High school diploma required, college degree preferred
Must be a team player
