As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating patients ranging from pediatric to adult, establishing goals, and coordinating with your assistants who will perform visits with your patients. Your Schedule, Pay & Location: You have the autonomy to create your schedule $65 per completed visit $5 per visit performed by COTAs under your supervision Weekly Pay Location: Amarillo, TX A Day in the Life of Our Occupational Therapist: As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will take on a supervisory role, managing a team of COTAs to oversee the daily care of your patients and review their charting. Communication is key, and you will collaborate with your COTAs, making changes to goals or programs when necessary. While you may perform visits, the primary focus for our OTs is evaluating patients, setting goals, and monitoring progress.
