Note : In Pega Platform there are two main functions : Decisioning and Case Management (BPM/PRPC). Our positions are specifically for the people skilled on the Decisioning function of Pega PlatformResponsibilities: class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" • Responsible for design, development and configuration of elements of the core decisioning logic/strategies for the Pega real time marketing decisioning platform based on evolving business requirements. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Design and configure rules, logic, algorithms, strategies and process flows. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Develop and evolve the Enterprise decisioning logic architecture which integrates seamlessly with a complex technology landscape, consisting of multiple technology stacks and applications. This architecture will need to be scalable and future proof to accommodate changing business and technological needs. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Write and groom user stories, establish business rules, frameworks and data architecture to support the design and configuration of decisioning logic algorithms. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Assess decisioning platform capabilities, and create a roadmap for expansion to enable seamless Omni-channel experience and personalized in-context customer interactions. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Lead and own the implementation of decisioning enhancement roadmap applying appropriate industry standards. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Drive continuous improvement of the decisioning logic including leveraging test & learn, champion challenger & adaptive modeling capabilities. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Communicate technical concepts, problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Keep an accurate record of materials used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution architecture. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Leverage past experience with implementations and ensure that industry best practices are adhered to. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Demonstrate technical leadership and ability to contribute to establishing the overall solution direction class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Four or more years of Pega Projects as a Pega Senior Decisioning Architect (SDA) class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Two or more years leading Pega Decisioning Logic Architecture end-to-end implementations class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Six or more years of Pega end to end implementation experience class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" DESIRED SKILLS: class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Six or more years of relevant work experience in an IT or business function class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Excellent interpersonal, business communication and writing skills. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" A good understanding of integration with an enterprise multi-tier application. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Ability to work independently. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Experience working in a fast-paced, often changing, and dynamic environment. class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Two or more years of experience working in a Business Operations, Decision Management, Customer Engagement related role class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Systems Architecture experience class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Knowledge and exposure to relational databases and analytic methodologies class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Deep statistical skills utilized in A/B testing, analyzing data, algorithm design and modeling class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" BA/BS degree in data-driven disciplines such as analytics, economics, statistics, data science, mathematics, computer science or finance class="xContentPasted0" aria-hidden="true" Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant certification
