- Should have 8 plus years relevant experience
- BS or Masters in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in Pega PRPC -Process Flows, Activities, Harness, Sections, Decision Table, Data transforms, Agent and activity, Reporting
- Pega CSSA
- Should have hands on experience in end to end PRPC lifecycle - design, development, coding, testing and debugging skills in PEGA 8.x
- Expertise in PRPC Integration with external systems in an enterprise environment.
- Knowledgeable in Estimation, Performance Tuning and Deployment process.
- Demonstrated experience in PEGA Administration
- Demonstrated experience in Systems Administration and Analysis
- Strong JVM experience • Strong Troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Experience with application/platform performance monitoring tools such as PAL, PMI, AES and Windows Performance Monitor
- Experience in adopting Pega applications with CICD tools.
- Preferred to have experience with distributed development teams which span multiple geographies, time zones and cultures
- Experience in Case Management, Client Life cycle Management(CLM) a plus
- Experience in J2EE application development is a plus
- Experience in RPA, AI, ML, NLP is a plus
