People and Culture Associate

Description Our respected client in San Marcos is looking for a People and Culture Associate. This role will involve working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.Responsibilities:

Assist with developing and promoting HR initiatives and systems that align with overall business strategies.

Support welcome and integration of new employees.

Assist with benefits and compensation plans, performance management systems etc.

Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives and systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.

Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

Strong computing ability with proficiency in MS Office applications—particularly Excel—and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
