Performance Tester with LoadRunner experience(Two Days On-Site)

Looking for a mid-level Load/Performance automation tester.

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter/Load UI Pro or another load testing tool is a must
• Strong load testing, development and specifically JMeter skills and experience, able to manage multiple work streams, independent, able to communicate well in written form and produce electronic content
• Strong technical knowledge of JMeter
• At least 4 years of experience with HP LoadRunner experience using protocols Citrix, RDP, Windows Socket (Winsock), and Performance testing Mobile Technologies, and database
• At least 4 years of experience with performance test simulations or at least 4 years of experience in performance analysis at least 4 years of experience performance tuning or at least 4 years of experience performance monitoring in a n-tier environment
• Experience in automating Web Application using Selenium
• Experience in scripting/Programming Languages like Python/Java
• Bachelor's degree in Science

• Design, maintain and enhance performance testing framework components
• Perform automated load/performance testing across multiple messaging protocols (including HTTP), focusing on overall application performance - validating that application response
• Performs integrations, stress, load, regression, and performance testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performance
• Define and collect continuous performance delivery metrics
• Generate and maintain configuration management records for artefacts
• Create test strategy, test plans, execute performance, and load testing activities for large-scale, enterprise-class applications
• Gather non-functional requirements
• Collect and analyse test results data describing the application’s performance characteristics/trends, and publish them to the wider team with commentary
• Participate in root cause analysis and complex system performance investigations
• Drive performance / load test operations towards a CI pipeline model to support continuous performance improvements in the solution
• Gain a technical and functional understanding of our product architecture and become part of the ongoing improvement of the performance of our enterprise applications
• Report defects found in testing diligently, promptly, and accurately, using standard defect tracking tools
