  • Candidate will be responsible for designing and executing performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability, reliability, and stability of our software products.
  • They will also work closely with the development team to identify and resolve performance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute performance testing strategies for software products using industry-standard tools and techniques
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
  • Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in software performance
  • Develop automated scripts and tools to streamline performance testing processes
  • Participate in code reviews and provide performance optimization suggestions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in performance testing and software development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance testing and engineering
  • Strong programming skills in GoLang and experience with performance testing frameworks such as JMeter or Gatling
  • Experience with Linux operating systems and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
  • Understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
