(https://www.linkedin.com/company/everon-solutions)Position Summary:Responsible for maintaining managed NAS customer permit process to include proactively monitor permit registrations, renewals and false alarm fine research with local municipality. Assist subcontractor invoice process by reviewing, coding, scanning, reconciling and researching invoice disputes. Special projects as requested.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, the National Account Support Shared Services Coordinator may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed.

Maintain in detail NAT customer permit activity to ensure customer remains compliant and current with jurisdiction.

Research customer false alarm Fine issues up to and including customer credits and refunds and present for manager review and approval.

Ensure invoices for NAOC service and inspection vendors (i.e.Telgian, Protos) are coded and processed properly and within vendor terms.

Ensure customers are properly invoiced for any billable work performed by NAOC service vendors.

Review inspection schedules and ensure updates are received from vendors (Telgian) on fire inspections and repair work.

Review and process close out paperwork (COC's) in MasterMind as needed so that customers are properly billed for Installations.

Reply to customer requests within established SLA and ensure follow up on those requests to completion.

Reconcile subcontractor statements. Updates new account information, changes, cancellations, etc. on a daily basis into the billing system.

Responsible for completing all assigned activities from the monthly closing schedule.

Initiates appropriate follow-up action on mail returned as undeliverable or unclaimed.

Responsible for neatness of work area, security of files and reports.

Assists in special projects as needed.

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Note: This is an on-site position, reporting daily to 4221 W John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75063Knowledge:

Knowledge of Protection One's policies and an understanding of state and federal laws.

Knowledge of GAAP, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Spreadsheet Knowledge required.

Knowledge of and familiarity with the alarm industry.

Knowledge of and a proficiency in using Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), and Internet.

Skills:

Must have good oral and written communication skills.

Must have good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Must have good customer service skills.

Must be very organized and detail oriented.

Frequent need for creativity and problem analysis.

Abilities:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or unexpected events; manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situation.

Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted.

Ability to maintain composure, keep emotions in check and avoid aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and arms; speak and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.

REQUIRED Onsite in Irving, Texas
