Patient Care: Provides physical therapy services to patients with impairments, focusing on treatment, prevention, and wellness, while tailoring care plans to individual needs and goals.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Works cooperatively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve productivity standards, including supporting departmental coverage as needed.
Documentation & Compliance: Completes accurate and timely documentation, utilizes information management systems effectively, and adheres to hospital policies and guidelines.
