Description What we are looking for in this position:-Leadership skills-Bilingual able to communicate with English/Spanish employees Not mandatory but helpful-Problem solving/Critical thinking skills-Time management and able to delegate work - Ability to come in early or stay late if needed-Self-motivated-Understanding of shipping and receiving-Good communication with clients, vendors, and employees-Must have working knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Excel) -Knowledge of integrated business softwareRequirements Production Duties-Review inventory items for upcoming order-Manage Inventory and assist keeping warehouse organized order raw materials (paper & glue) and coordinate w/venders for printing & stitting-Assist with manufacturing supervision and reviewing work detail - Ensuring all departments are following OSHA Safety regulationsShipping Duties-Processing/Reviewing shipping quantities are correct-Place shipments, trace trucks, update status-Maintain accurate shipping logs of daily shipments and documentation.-Schedule PTS truck for local deliveries-Coordinate maintenance activities Have some basis mechanical & electrical knowledge.Direct Reports: Production Supervisor; Maintenance Mgr.; Shipping lead; Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
