What You'll Be Doing:

This is a true "all hands on deck" role that leverages all aspects of your exerience, MA skills, training or other professional skills. Your duties will include:

Clinical Support: Assisting the plastic surgeon during procedures, including minor in-office surgeries.

Patient Care: Preparing patients for exams, performing small medical tasks like taking blood pressure or suture removal.

Front Office Duties on clinic days may include: Greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing electronic health records (EHR).

Practice Operations: Ensuring exam rooms are stocked and clean, and generally contributing to the efficient flow of the office.

What We're Looking For:

A Medical Assistant (MA) or Medi-Spa professional but we are willing to train the right hard working person regardless of background

A positive, smiling, upbeat, and outgoing personality—someone who brings great energy to the office.

Excellent people skills and a commitment to high-quality team based patient care.

The versatility and willingness to learn and jump between clinical and administrative tasks.

Someone reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
