job summary:
Randstad Technologies has an immediate opening with our end customer, a quickly growing Auto sales & financing company with offices in Irving TX (Las Colinas area). 4-6 month initial engagement with potential for extension. Work will be performed primarily in office in Las Colinas with some work from home mixed in. Required Skills: - 8+ years of PMO experience (as a PM or PMO manager) - Experience writing, implementing, and training PMO process to a diverse group of users (technical and business/functional teams) - Proficient with common PMO tools (MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Word, etc.) - Excellent written and verbal communications skills - Able to explain the value of using an effective PMO process and ability to train on it - PMP / PMI or similar certification required Preferred Skills: - Automotive or Financial services experience Responsibilities: Partner with Director of PMO for a mid-sized organization to write and implement PMO process & governance. Train a diverse groups of users on it.
