Pool Cleaners with Experience Needed

Blue Water Express is searching for a swimming pool/spa maintenance technician to join our winning team. Our service area is Dallas and surrounding communities.

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform routine maintenance and cleaning for residential and commercial swimming pools. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, and a safe and efficient work environment within a crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pool cleaning, chemical testing and balancing, filter maintenance, and equipment inspections.

Identify pool equipment issues (pumps, filters, heaters, etc.).

Ensure all safety standards and company procedures are followed.

Communicate with clients and management about, findings, and recommendations.

Maintain accurate service records and inventory of supplies and equipment.

The ability to manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week (Lift 50-100 lbs) .

The ability to use a smart phone for our mobile platform.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

GED or HS Diploma

Experience in pool service maintenace and mechanical skills.

CPO certification is preferred but not neccesary

2+ years of pool maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Excellent work ethic, honesty, dependability and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean record in order to operate a company vehicle
