Job Description

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting pools on a daily route. You’ll help ensure each pool meets safety and cleanliness standards, providing an excellent customer experience along the way. You will be trained by one of our top pool maintenance technicians. Following that training, you will move into a solo role where you will manage your own geographical area.

Responsibilities

Drive a designated service route across San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Skim, vacuum, and brush pools to maintain cleanliness

Test and balance pool water chemistry using proper procedures

Identify and report equipment issues; perform minor repairs

Maintain accurate service logs and communicate clearly with clients

Follow safety and chemical handling protocols

Requirements:

Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Pool experience is preferred, but not mandatory

Monday to Friday (Typically 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.)

Must be based in San Antonio

Service area includes San Antonio, Castle Hills, Alamo Heights, Shavano Park, Terrell Hills, Stone Oak, Dominion
