- 5 to 8 years of work experience in the Data Analytics & Reporting area
- Experience in using Reporting tools (Power BI/ Tableau may be helpful)
- Experience using Service Now platform (Nice to have ServiceNow reporting experience)
- Familiar with extracting and aggregating large data sets using SQL and/or Excel
- Demonstrated experience in transforming large data sets
- Experience in using Microsoft Power Platform (Power App, Power Automate, MS Forms, SharePoint Cloud)
- Fully proficient in Microsoft office tools, with special focus on Microsoft Excel and its analytical capabilities (e.g., Macros/Visual Basic, pivot tables, data slicers etc.).
- Experience in data extraction, manipulation and use of reporting techniques
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Demonstrable experience in enabling data driven decision making through quantitative analysis
- Highly driven, resourceful and results oriented
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Experience in using Google Analytics Reporting
