We are hiring students with a diverse set of skills and experiences to join our Supply Chain Organization.The TeamHP's Supply Chain Organization is at the heart of the world's most sustainable and just technology companies.As a Supply Chain employee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the supply chain, while applying the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to optimize our processes.You will lead critical Supply Chain transformation programs for Print involving changes to Supply Chain nodes - factory, factory operations, distribution, etc. and digital SC transformation programs to develop new Supply Chain capabilities. Key attributes for a successful: Ability toAnalytical skill s: analyse new capability request, breakdown problem statement to identify solution.Interpersonal skills : work with large stakeholder groups across the organization, across time zones, build productive relationships.Communication and presentation skills : conduct meetings, create effective presentations, document and communicate recommendations and decisions, build alignment by communicating to different stakeholder groups - working, steering, sponsor.Project Management skills : plan, schedule and manage projects; commit and adhere to timelines and budget.Learning : learn about HP supply chain from expertsEducation and Experience RequiredGraduated with a Master's degree; preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Sciences, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity IT, Environmental SciencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps and propose solutionsProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and SharepointExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teamsDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work successfully in an environment with varying levels of complexityA minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scalePreferred Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQL and Access database a plusKnowledge of programming languages such as Python or others a plusKnowledge of statistical analysis, and financial modelingAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience in creating Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macrosStrong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.Ability to work in virtual teamsBe an agent of Management of ChangePrevious internships and/or work in a Supply Chain related function a plusWe are looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
