  • Identify, create, and participate in the implementation of business process improvements, enabling tools, and systems that deliver tangible value.
  • Advisor on projects, offering solution-design support and best practices for process management.
  • 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Skills/Experience7Coordinates incidents/problems/changes through resolution while maintaining command and control of the incident response for a large application portfolio.4Employ strong facilitation and leadership skills, ensuring responding team members execute required actions under pressure; call out as appropriate when progress appears blocked7Reviews incident/problem/change documentation accuracy as it relates to the application portfolio.7End-to-End accountability for the management, communication, ensuring updates are timely and of sufficient quality.7Works closely with the other IT tower leads to facilitate incident, problem, and change management activities
