- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of hands on experience in business process management/improvement, project management or product management
- Experience on large multi-department project(s)
- Experience using process mapping and workflow design tools, i.e. MS Visio, etc.
- Fluency in the use and application of lean/six sigma tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
- Lean/Six Sigma and/or Business Process Manager (BPM) Certification
- Experience in commercial banking operations
- MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering or other directly applicable field
