Experienced business process modeling and mapping expert to work closely with customers to understand their business processes, comprehend the gaps and areas of improvement from a process perspective and document and deliver process maps. Need to document, analyze, improve, streamline and redesign business processes to realize organizational efficiencies. 2. Able to comprehend the functions of various cross functional teams from documentation and direction provided by customer and able to create training material in confluence (wiki) with offshore help. Able to identify key stakeholders for the processes, comprehend RACI, process dependencies at both low and high level. Ability to connect dots, do high level of co-ordination, handle fast paced environment. Will be responsible to gather the requirements, guide the offshore team, review and take complete ownership of the delivery. Key responsibilities will be to deliver high end process maps as per customers standards and very well written training materials. Must have worked in onsite-offshore model.Generic Managerial Skills Process mapping expert in developing high end business process maps with understanding of notations. Must have experience working on in atleast 2 BPM tools i.e, Visio, IGrafx or signavio. Must be aware of Process, Risk, and Controls knowledge. Must have excellent business analyst skills to comprehend requirements. Must have worked in banking industry and be aware of Governance , Risk and Compliance domain.Education Batchelor in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent, Any additional certification in BPM
