Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am

Job Description:We are seeking a Processing Specialist I to join our team. In this role, you will perform basic to intermediate-level remittance processing tasks under close supervision. The focus is on day-to-day functions as a machine operator, manual extraction/batching associate, or in other sorting/processing areas.Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operator/Mailroom Associate: Operate mail extraction equipment to organize work into processible batches. Handle a variety of scanning and mail sorting equipment, including I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, and Falcon.

Batching: Open envelopes, extract transactions, batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions. Perform basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making while adhering headers and control documents.

Dispatch Operator: Perform quality reviews on outgoing items, especially HIPAA-related clients, and prepare outgoing packages. Generate daily reconciliation and billing reports while maintaining entry-level departmental standards.

Process Work Accurately: Maintain performance output according to client standards, perform minor equipment adjustments/repairs, and engage in basic-level transaction sorting and decision-making.

Adherence to Deadlines: Work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring productivity and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to read and make basic decisions independently.

Quality conscious with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Comfortable with a flexible schedule that may include weekends, holidays, overtime, and off shifts.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Adaptable to changes and capable of learning new processes as the business evolves.
