This position requires a minimum of 10 years’ experience in professional consulting and commercial software development with solid knowledge of Technical Publications key standards commonly used. This position also requires excellent skills in interpersonal communications, process improvement, as well as configuration of software.As part of the Professional Services team, you will work with Consultants, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Industry Experts and Product Development teams to ensure project and customer success.Responsibilities:a
Leverage industry best practices and templates for the Siemens Software solution delivered to provide customer value.
Develop strategic plan and roadmap for our customers who require document management.
Support mentoring of colleagues in key industry standards within the Technical Publications domain.
Implement architected customer solutions of one or many product domains to address the customers’ business requirements.
Translate solution designs into implemented software to suit project needs.
Deliver on project activities to maintain scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the project team/project management to support customer expectations and support customer adoption.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
10+ years implementing Technical Publications solutions
Previous experience analyzing and developing S1000D business rules.
Advanced knowledge and application of XSLT and XML Schema for Content Reuse and Document Management Systems for commercial software products required.
Experience as a consultant in a customer facing environment.
Strong written and communication skills required.

Transform the EverydayThe total cash compensation range for this position is $101,700 to $203,400 with 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
