Product Manager

Must Haves: 5+ years of IT or Digital Product Management, IT or Digital Project Management, Business Analyst, or similar full SDLC experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in translating business needs and requirements gathering to IT or Digital Products 5+ years of knowledge of Information Technology principles, Agile development methodologies and knowledge of Cloud platforms / applications/ software products or design tools 5+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building Determination to enhance quality and save cost as part of continuous process improvement Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skill Deep experience of working within an Agile methodology at an enterprise level 5+ years of experience operating in an environment driven by KPIs and the ability to determine course of action required to meet goals Ability to communicate moderate to complex and innovative concepts to a new product development team with proven experience in data-driven decision making Demonstrated ability to communicate across multiple levels of leadershipPlusses: Experience as a Product Manager in an Extreme Programming (XP) environment. Experience with UX design advocacy within large business and technology organizations Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Healthcare industry Experience with leading others in Design Thinking and Human-Centered Design practices Entrepreneurial, with a strong inclination towards action, preferably with experience shipping software
