Product Manager (Need 10 hires)or USCMobile Product Manager Role:Ambitious product managers with passion on mobile solutions. · Be able to come up product vision and set up proper goals for each product release. · Deep understanding user needs/pain points, sympathize them and be able to address them with solutions. · Be able to analyze solutions and tradeoffs· Capable to prioritize and build up product roadmap. · Be able to follow through tech execution and can work with tech team on daily basis through Agile process. · Be analytical and able to use data to measure success. · Work with multiple stakeholders and keep business alignment on goals; be able to influence others who is outside of your own organization· Be able to work with flexible hours, i.e. late evening calls with overseas team· Excellent communication and negotiation skills· Understand technology and data flows for your product, be able to lead and influence tech discussions· Be able to work down to earth on details, such as write precise user stories and perform UAT. Minimum Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields· Experience and levelso 2-5 years of experience in tech product manager roles- Level 1o 5-10 years of experience in tech product manager roles-Level 2o 10+ years of experience in tech product manager roles-Level 3
