- Someone who can take discovery work from a product standpoint with large amounts of data, put it on a piece of paper, and then develop strategies from there, and communicate it with team.
- Data focused
- Consulting experience - nice to have
- Working on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiative - doing data mappings in and out of the organization
- Mapping business lines
- Syed background- high level conversations about what they are doing ESG
- And then ability to pull it all together (what does it look like)
- Come up with a strategy
- Then putting together road maps
