Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the Data product features/capabilities to enable data monetization and activation to support advertising, marketing, customer experience and other enterprise needsPlay the ‘subject matter expert’, to provide the thought leadership and influence business roadmapsCollaborate with multiple client groups, other product teams, understand the business problems, translate into product features, and prioritize the development to support multiple use casesArticulate and document the business needs, business value and time criticality for work prioritization and timely delivery Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technical fields (Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering)Desired 4+ years of experience in Product Development and/or Product Management, preferably with Advertising or Marketing focus5+ years’ experience working with data & analytics – data warehouse, data mart, data integration, data analysis, is a critical requirementDesired experience in agile and lean startup product management processesWorking knowledge of AdTech and MarTech in the context of D2C productsEntrepreneurial drive, ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentStrong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate the delivery across different groups and levels in the organizationExceptional communication and writing skillsAbility to work with uncertainty, proactively anticipate and mitigate risks
