We are currently seeking a Product Owner to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Work with the Product Management team to create and maintain a feature-level product roadmap. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand product requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations with respect to feature delivery and release planning. Act as Product Owner for multiple Agile teams. Translate business requirements into product initiatives, epics, and user stories. Build and maintain a product backlog and produce a prioritized list of clear and concise user stories together with acceptance criteria. Work closely with the Agile teams during the refinement and implementation of the product backlog, providing input, advice and clarifications as needed. Ensure that Agile teams have a clear understanding of what they are developing and the technical and business value it delivers for our customers. Experience: Need 6+ Years of experience in for below skills Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation. Experience with the Agile development framework Strong relationship building and facilitation skills to work directly with senior stakeholders and business users who may not be technical in nature. Strong technical and business writing skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent team working skills. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal. Experience with the Agile development framework Nice to Have 1. Pro-activeness when it comes to: a. Finding resolutions to new software requirements b. Training c. Eliciting knowledge and support from team members and seniors. d. Searching for and taking ownership of projects/feature development. 2. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to question customers on what is really needed/required. 3. Capable of providing clear and concise communication. 4. Excellent writing skills. 5. Ability to effectively summarize development issues/observations into digestible topics for closure. 6. Creative mindset, out-of-the-box thinking. 7. Willing to take risks while ensuring a mitigation plan for said risks. 8. Ability to maintain and successfully split focus with their development activities. 9. Ability to support different type of customers/stakeholders in tandem.
