Experience Requirements

9+ years of IT experience.
Experience as a Product Owner responsible for managing product backlogs.
Three or more years as a software systems analyst preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, legal, development, quality assurance, support, marketing and sales.
Strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for teaching others
Excellent understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision-making
Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and clients
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to summarize and present findings or challenges to all levels of staff and management.
Strong analytical, problem solving and logical thinking skills.
