- Collaborates cross functionally with Product Managers and business stakeholders to maintain backlog, support strategic planning efforts, and execute tactical activities ensuring quality of product via release management.
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and decompose features into user stories.
- Plays a key role in Agile sprint cycles by developing user stories and test cases.
- Partners closely with development, QE and delivery teams (both in-house and vendor based).
- Participates in narrative breakdown and grooming sessions.
- Maintains and prioritizes the user story backlog and works with development, architecture/IT, and stakeholder teams to refine user stories to meet the Definition of Ready.
- Performs and coordinates User Acceptance Testing, validates that user stories meet the Definition of Done, and accept stories as Done.
- Works closely with scrum team to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Facilitates enhancements and resolution of production issues.
- Effectively manages relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
- Provides timely and accurate updates to key stakeholders.
- Serves as an internal and member facing resource with respect to product features and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with all levels within an internationally based multi-cultural organization.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges with ability to work with little or no supervision yet be an integral part of the team.

- This position will focus heavily on Salesforce platform. In depth knowledge of Salesforce.com (and more specifically Service Cloud, Communities, Omni-Channel, Live Chat, Email-to-Case and Service Voice) is preferred.
- Well-versed with iterative development processes, QA and DevOps.
- Understanding of web (and mobile technologies), with ability to analyze user requirements and triage defect logs.
- Exposure to digital and/or mobile products is nice to have.
- Industry certifications (e.g. CSPO, CSM) are a plus.
- Expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively and enable sprint-driven processes to unfold smoothly.
