Oversees workflow to ensure smooth operations and handles document creation related purchasing, inventory management, forecasting, and shipping
Issuing purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating shipments, expediting orders and coordinating workflow with specialists
The role involves extensive data entry, record updating, and report creation in PowerPoint and Excel, primarily assisting the Manager in information management
Creates purchase orders and coordinates material receiving with vendors.
What’s Needed?
Degree in related field preferred.
5+ years of inventory/production control experience in manufacturing.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with preferred Advanced Skills in Excel
