Join us and help create life-changinginnovations that impact billions around the world!About the role – Production DirectorYou will lead the team responsible for the production of industry solution kits. An industry solution kit is a set of reusable assets which showcase high priority industry-specific solutions. Solution kits are intended to accelerate customer understanding of business value through presentations, demos, functional code, and documentation that can be used as is, or customized.The use cases that you will build into solution kits are grounded in strong customer need and business value (customer truth), are achievable through Generally Available (GA) products using proven and reproducible configurations (product truth) and can be consistently and reliably delivered to customers (delivery truth). You will validate solution truth by building the use cases firsthand with design, engineering, Program Management, and industry experts, and ‘production pods,’ and you will work in close collaboration with engineering, marketing, and field sales teams.As the production leader for the industry solution kits, you will guide team and resource prioritization, governance and ROI, process and program hygiene, scrum planning and task management for kit production, and partner engagement programs.You are a strong cross-functional team leader who drives action and alignment by cultivating relationships across the organization, modeling growth mindset and continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams. Critical skills include empathy during change management, systems to scale operational excellence across a team, ability to influence peers and executives, and high judgment when weighing trade-offs or deciding priorities.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:Develop scalable, deployable, reusable, and relevant field enablement technical assets to accelerate customer and partner industry cloud adoption including customer-ready demos, conceptual architectures, narratives, and delivery assets.

Converge teams on Industry Solutions priorities. Drive evangelism and adoption of highest priority industry use cases with field sellers and global system integrators.

Simplify complex inputs into program design. Define the program strategy, gather program requirements, identify resource needs, create the project plan and targets, and work across teams to align on the plan of record.

Build the rhythm of business (ROB) to ensure stakeholders are activated and to identify opportunities for program improvements. Establishes objectives and success criteria for the project in an inclusive collaborative manner with all stakeholders.

Ensures capacity of the team is aligned to project workload and complexity. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize the program.

Leverage technical experience and product knowledge to unblock production teams building solution kit environments and architectures.

Use data to identify current and future program risks and create mitigation plans. Lead teams to perform experiments to test hypotheses and inform program decisions.

QualificationsWhat you will bring:Required/Minimum:Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years’ experience in program management, product development, product/technical program management, process management, process improvement, business operations, or similar function

OR equivalent experience.

4+ years senior-level people management experience.

3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred:Experienced in managing high-performing teams of Principal and Senior level roles.

Proven ability to contribute to a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration.

Structured strategic systems thinking experience.

These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
