Production Laborer

Now Hiring: General Labor Associates – Production & Packaging Facility (Multiple Shifts Available)

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to support operations at a high-volume production and packaging facility. This role includes general labor duties and cross-training across several departments.

Job Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks to support production and packaging processes.

Cross-train in multiple roles throughout the facility.

Assist with the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.

Required PPE

Plastic steel-toe, non-slip resistant boots

Green bump cap

Safety glasses

Ear plugs

Required Training

All new hires must complete a Safety & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) training course at the designated office before starting.

Compensation

Starting Pay: $13.50 per hour

After 90 Days: Increase to $14.00 per hour

Shift Alpha: 9 positions | 3:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Shift Bravo: 11 positions | 3:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Shift Charlie: 9 positions | 3:00 PM – 3:15 AM

Shift Delta: 8 positions | 3:00 PM – 3:15 AM

Receiving

Alpha Receiving: 1 position | 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM

Bravo Receiving: 1 position | 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

Charlie Receiving: 1 position | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

Delta Receiving: 1 position | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

Powder Bagger

Alpha Powder Bagger: 1 position | 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

Bravo Powder Bagger: 1 position | 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM

Charlie Powder Bagger: 1 position | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

Delta Powder Bagger: 1 position | 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM
