Apply Today!salary: $16 - $17 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesOperate compression molding presses and other equipment for the purpose of producing a high-quality product for our customersReduction of scrap, maintaining production requirements/shipments as required by customersWilling to work overtime when necessaryThis position reports to the Team Lead or Manufacturing SupervisorCheck all equipment for proper operation at shift start and communicates to the relieving shift any deviation of the normal process and any problems that might have occurredUnderstand scheduled rate quantities and the importance of obtaining each process rateNotifies Supervisor as soon as possible of any mechanical, process or quality problems so the proper steps may be taken to facilitate quick responseInspects as many parts as possible to see that all operations prior to and including their operation have been completed satisfactorily as outlined by the instructions and visual aidsThe essential functions of this role include:working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
