Analytical and good understanding of technical systems (e.g. MuleSoft, Integrations, data movement, etc.…) Understanding of Agile Processes and ITIL principles Ensure Availability, Major incidents Communication, Automation of repeated Taks, Disaster Recovery Co-ordination, Runbooks are maintained. Details JD below. Engage with Development Team for issues that need resolution at L3 level. (code changes required) Participate in Problem Management in attaining countermeasures to avoid incident recurrence. Trending analyses around reoccurring Incidents for remediation & Problem activities. Ensure that production support teams are engaged in restoration of service for Major Incidents Provide non-functional requirements to factories Identify repeatable tasks and propose automation for those tasks Ensure that the TRP (Tech Recovery Plans) are updated and by respective owners Coordinate annual disaster recovery testing and ensure conflict does not occur Maintain communication and collaboration with assigned Factory Squads Review and ensure accuracy of the information in CMDB Review and ensure accuracy of the application runbooks, maintenance manuals, etc. Ensure proper knowledge transfer has been done for Deliverables Collaborate with release master to review and assess upcoming releases for support handover Identify and implement thresholds for availability and response time to be used for application monitoring Provide technical and functional knowledge to assigned factory squads when required Manage relationships and coordinate work between different operations and Development Team Providing guidance and inputs to the operations team to ensuring site availability Suggesting design approaches and best practices to ensure supportability of the solutions delivered by factories Provide consultation in grooming operations induced stories which are added to factory backlog Communicating and emphasizing on prioritization of stories that impact operations Communicate and share the infrastructure change plans with operations to assess opportunities Retrospect on past releases and provide directions for improvement for factories and operations
