Position- Production Support Engineer (Exp. in .Net/Java/JavaScript (React/Angular) & SQL/MongoDB/Datalake & GITLab, Jenkins, Conduction2, code-scan is must)

Location- NY or Dallas (onsite only a minimum 4 days a week)

Job Description:
  • Perform all phases of production issue remediation including intake, documentation, tracking, communication, triage, analysis, testing and implementation.
  • Identify issue patterns and develop tactical solutions to address those patterns holistically.
  • Analyze and enhance applications for performance and scalability optimization.
  • Conduct system tests for security , performance and availability in production environment

  • Experience in at least one of these languages .Net, Java and JavaScript (React/Angular) and databases such as SQL, MongoDB and Datalake.

  • Working experience of release deployments tools such as GITLab, Jenkins, Conduction2, code-scan and sonar.

  • Knowledge of log aggregation tools such as Splunk, Grafana and AppDynamics
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
