Monitoring experience with tools like (Splunk, Dynatrace or AppDynamicsThe production services team will be accountable for performing the initial triage, leveraging playbooks/runbooks for resolution and if needed escalate the level III team.These tasks are aligned to the key services outlined within the Global support Services service catalog -Incident and Problem Management -high-impact Incident communications-Metric reporting -Support application and infrastructure maintenance tasks -Request management -Disaster/Application recovery certification exerciseManage highly critical applications-Initiate the incident management process & lead triage when BAU is impacted-Track root cause of all problem tickets and validate permanent resolutions-Timely adherence to all deliverables -Mentor/guide team members on issues/queries and other deliverables-Perform data compliance and quality review of all the incidents & problems-Provide regular communication & generate reports to all stake holders-Revisit the existing process & propose improvements-Identify risks and drive remediations -Lead Multiple initiatives
