We are a top choice in North Texas for emergency services, radiology services, rehabilitation and much more.Location – Azle, TXJob DutiesDEPARTMENT OPERATIONS: Directs/oversees the hospital finance department.PATIENT SAFETY AND QUALITY: Oversees Ancillary operations by supporting/mentoring/advising managers or staff in the provision of safe and appropriate Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Radiology, Rehab Services, Plant Operations and Hospital Finance Services.CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Supports/mentors/advises Ancillary Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Radiology, Rehab Services, Plant Operations and Hospital Finance Services managers in their supervision and coordination of department workflow to meet demands while fostering a customer satisfaction mentality.HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT/EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION: Selects and leads Ancillary Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Radiology, Rehab Services, Plant Operations and Hospital Finance Services department managers to facilitate an appropriately skilled, cooperative, cohesive, effective and pleasant work environment.FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Oversees financial aspects of the Ancillary Cardiopulmonary, Laboratory, Radiology, Rehab Services, Plant Operations and Hospital Finance Services departments to facilitate efficient operations.EducationBachelor's Degree Business or healthcare related field requiredMaster's Degree Business or Healthcare Administration preferredExperience5 years increasingly responsible financial, management and leadership positions at the department manager level or above in an acute care hospital. The incumbent must have a thorough knowledge of financial analysis, planning, hospital operations and computer systems.SkillsAbility to organize, delegate and supervise professionals as well as clerical staff and possess good oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of product pricing, provider reimbursement and financial requirements specific to hospitals is very beneficial. Verbal as well as written communications are required.
