The primary purpose of the Program Coordinator position is to under the general direction of the Operations Manager, Associate VP of Faculty Academic Affairs, and the Associate Director of Faculty Academic Affairs the Program Coordinator is responsible for the functional support of the Faculty Review Committees.The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional with experience in managing complex calendars, booking travel, and handling travel reimbursements. Proficiency in scheduling Zoom meetings and familiarity with Kronos a plus.Administrative Support for AVP & Support for Departmental Administrative Duties:

Provides calendar support for AVP and for Associate Director, sets-up meetings as requested;

Provides assistance to AVP with special projects that relate to faculty.

Maintains files for AVP;

Secondary purchaser for FAA

Procard purchaser for FAA

Prepare monthly Procard report

Assigned special projects as indicated

Assists with timekeeping activities as needed

Assists with greeting, screening and routing of telephone calls and visitors

Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Backup Coordinator Faculty Review Committees

Assist with and Coordinates yearly faculty educational sessions

Provides technical/process support to faculty and administrative staff

Assist with tracking information provided to leadership and departments throughout the process

Other Faculty Review Committee duties as assigned by Supervisor

Backup Assistance for Departmental Activities

Secondary support for the faculty appraisal process as needed

Secondary support for faculty appraisal educational sessions as needed

Provides technical/process support to faculty and administrative staff

Assist with tracking information to leadership and departments throughout the process

Other duties pertaining to Faculty Appraisal as assigned by Supervisor.

Other duties as assigned.EDUCATION:Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Preferred: Master's degree.EXPERIENCE:Required: Three years project/program coordination experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis.
